Pov: you are lying in your bed and you can’t get to sleep. Solution: Read. If you read before bed, it helps you fall asleep. Well, with things like computers and tablets and phones, maybe not as much. But still. What I do is get ready for bed at 8, read until 9, then go to sleep, which is reading for at least 30 minutes, but usually more. Sure, I do sometimes take a loooooong time to fall asleep, but doesn’t everyone sometimes? Well I don’t know. Meow!
